C.A.T. Cable Detector

Helping make light work of surveys, the portable C.A.T4 lets the operator check an intended excavation area for power, radio and Genny4 signals, and pinpoint located utilities in a single scan. Use alongside the Genny4 signal generator to travel further and deeper. The C.A.T4+ offers the same locating performance as the C.A.T4 but with addition of depth measurement, allowing better identification of the route of buried utilities.

Cable detection device quickly locates under ground cabling and pipework making light work of site surveys. The easy to read LCD display has a built-in back light which activates automatically when needed. An easy to use device that requires little or no training before use. Otherwise known as a cable avoidance tool or CAT.
