Before anything leaves the depot, our teams complete a structured set of checks designed to pick up wear, faults, and safety issues early, when they’re quickest to fix. That includes:

• Daily inspections to spot obvious damage, leaks, loose fittings, or early signs of failure.

• Digital pre-hire checks to confirm the machine is operating correctly, safe to use, and supplied with the right accessories, guards, and documentation.

• Post-hire checks once equipment returns, so any issues are identified, logged, and resolved before the next customer ever sees the machine.

• Routine servicing and LOLER examinations for access and lifting equipment, helping ensure compliance, traceability, and safe operation on site.
  
  

Crucially, every check is recorded in our paperless Workshop App, creating a clear service history for each item in the fleet.
